How to Sign Up to be a Member Under ClubSports
1. Go To http://www.deanofstudents.calpoly.edu/
2. On the side bar, under Programs, click the Club Sports Link
3. This should bring you to a new page. Next, click on the DANCESPORT Icon.
4. On this new page, click the “CLICK HERE TO JOIN CLUB” button
5. Now click the Ballroom Dance link
6. This should bring you to the Membership Form Page.
7. Fill out the form and click the submit button: https://www.dosportseasy.com/cpclubsports/join.php?h=dance
8. Print, fill out, and turn in any required “Manual Forms” to any officer
