Directions from Highway 101: If you're coming from an area to the south of San Luis Obispo, take Highway 101 north to the Los Osos Valley Road exit. Turn right onto Los Osos Valley Road and travel east until Los Osos Valley Road dead-ends into South Higuera. Turn left onto South Higuera and travel two blocks north until you reach the stop light at the intersection of South Higuera and Tank Farm Road. Turn right onto Tank Farm Road and continue until you reach the next stop light at the corner of Tank Farm Road and Broad Street. Turn left on Broad Street and continue one block north until you reach the next stop light at the corner of Broad Street and Industrial Way. Turn right onto Industrial Way. The Graduate is located at the end of Industrial Way. If you're coming from an area to the north of San Luis Obispo, take Highway 101 south to the Santa Rosa Street exit. Turn right onto Santa Rosa and head east (back across the freeway) for several blocks until you come to Higuera Street. Turn right onto Higuera and continue several blocks south until you come to Broad Street. Turn left onto Broad Street and continue east on Broad for a couple of miles until you reach the stop light at the intersection of Broad and Industrial Way. Turn left onto Industrial Way. The Graduate is located at the end of Industrial Way.
